WTW Program Core Components
The WTW Program offers a minimum of three initiatives throughout the year. Population health status data and other healthy lifestyle research are used to identify emerging health issues, which in turn help shape the themes selected. Each initiative is comprised of a minimum of 10 program components. By providing a wide variety of topic-specific wellness resources we ensure that the program is flexible enough to adapt to the different needs of each workplace, as well as all employees, retirees, and their family members, no matter their learning style or level of interest in making positive lifestyle changes. The components complement each other to provide workplaces with the option of selecting those that best meet the needs of their workplace. All resources (except the educational presentations and some display resources) are available as a print or electronic version.
