C.E.A.S.E. – The Committee to End the Abuse of Substances in Essex-County

Mission and Goal

CEASE is a substance abuse prevention coalition of community agencies in Windsor and Essex County representing all sectors.  CEASE promotes healthy lifestyle choices by assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating a variety of programs and services.

Focus

  • Non-use of illicit drugs for all populations
  • Low-risk use of legal substances like alcohol (for people of legal drinking age)
  • Safe-use of legal substances like prescription drugs

Who We Are
