Dare to Protect Yourself
When are you ready to have sex and protect yourself.

Abstinence (no sex) is your best protection.

If you choose to have sex:

  •  Get to know yourself and your partner
  •  Have a discussion about your partner’s sexual history
  •  Get tested with your partner before having any sexual contact
  •  Use condoms EVERY TIME you have sex

If you have any questions call the Sexual Health Clinic at

(519) 258-2146 ext 1200 or 1201 to talk to a nurse.
