Condom Challenge
Take the challenge to see if you know how to apply a condom.
Do you know how to put on a condom?
Put the following steps in the correct order:
- Carefully open the condom package with your fingers.
- Check the expiry date.
- Place the condom on the head of the penis as soon as the penis is erect (“hard”) and roll it down all the way.
- Pinch the tip of the condom to remove any air.
- Leave about 1 cm of space at the tip of the condom for semen to collect.
Important Reminder:
When putting on a condom, ensure that it is put on the right way and that it can be unrolled down the penis. If the condom was upside-down, dispose of the condom and apply a new one. Semen may have touched the outside portion of the condom.
