Getting Our Kids Moving Again - Walk Across Canada Challenge
Children's health and quality of life can be improved with regular physical activity. Unfortunately, not all children get enough daily activity to keep them healthy. Canada's Physical Activity Guide recommends 60 minutes of moderate physical activity (e.g., brisk walking, skating, swimming) and 30 minutes of vigorous activity (e.g., running, playing soccer) every day for children and youth, ages 6-14.
