These resources are only available to after school program facilitators, trying to meet program requirements.
How to Order a Kit
- Choose a kit from the list below and go to Order This Resource.
- One kit may be taken out at a time for a maximum of 10 days.
- Kits may be picked up and dropped off at one of two locations.
- Windsor office, located at 1005 Ouellette Ave. The kit will be located in the Comprehensive School Health Department on the second floor. Parking is available behind Mac's Milk at the corner of Erie and Ouellette, or on the street
- Leamington office, located at 215 Talbot St. East.
- If you don't have an email address, please contact the Comprehensive School Health secretary at 519-258-2146 ext. 1260 to order a kit.
- We recommend that you book your kit 2 to 4 weeks in advance to ensure availability.
