Flu Shot

The Health Unit community clinics are done for this flu season but you can still get a flu shot through your healthcare provider or at an urgent care clinic. For more information call the Health Unit at 519-258-2146 ext. 1425, 1438, or 1426.

The seasonal flu vaccination includes H1N1.

The Universal Influenza Immunization Program 2011/2012 recommends that all individuals aged six months or older, who live, work, or attend school in Ontario, and who have no contraindication, receive the publicly-funded vaccine.

Flu Clinics are for Ontario residents and people who work or go to school in Ontario only. You must show ID at the clinics, and children must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
