Being physically active on hot and humid days puts children and youth at a greater risk for dehydration. This presentation can be used at board meetings, staff/coaches’ meetings or parents’ meeting to support efforts to educate others within your organization on the importance of guidelines to encourage fluid replacement and prevent dehydration.
