Not sure you know what is a good buy at the grocery store?  There is so much selection nowadays – how do you know what is a healthy choice for you and your family?  Join a registered dietitian on a tour of a local grocery store.  Become familiar with the new Canada’s Food Guide as you learn what your grocery cart should look like, buying on a budget, label reading, and other practical tips on making better food choices.
