Nutrition TipsToo many Canadians are overweight and obese. Eating well and being active can help people achieve and maintain a healthy weight. Follow Canada’s Food Guide and be active for at least 30-60 minutes per day. If that is too much at one time, break it up into shorter sessions of at least 10 minutes.  It all adds up. Kids should be active for at least 90 minutes per day.
