Windsor-Essex Falls Prevention Network
The Windsor-Essex County Health Unit is an active member of the Windsor-Essex Falls Prevention Network. This Network started in 1996, and is made up of community agencies dedicated to preventing falls among older adults.
Members of the Windsor-Essex Falls Prevention Network include: Council on Aging Windsor-Essex County, Centres for Seniors Windsor, Victorian Order of Nurses (VON), Community Care Access Centre (CCAC), Hotel-Dieu Grace Hospital (HDGH), Leamington District Memorial Hospital (LDMH), Windsor Essex Community Health Centre, and the Windsor-Essex County Health Unit.
