Anaphylaxis and Auto-Injector E-Learning Training 2011-2012

The Comprehensive School Health Department at the Windsor-Essex County Health Unit is pleased to introduce its new Anaphylaxis and Auto-Injector E-Learning Training for principals and teachers.

The online course has two components:

  • The E-Learning modules and test section – a test score of 75% must be achieved to print a certificate of completion.
  • Return demonstration – the certificate of completion will be validated by a public health nurse once proficiency with the auto-injector training pen has been demonstrated.

Teacher names will be shared with school principals to identify who has completed the online course. Information obtained in the demographic portion of the course will be used for program planning and evaluation purposes only.

The course is available at: http://www.elearning.wechealthunit.org.
