      <p begin="0:00:10.30" end="0:00:19.00">If symptoms last longer or get worse, or start anytime within the first year, mom may have postpartum depression.</p>
      <p begin="0:00:19.01" end="0:00:27.72">It's o.k. to ask for help.  If you or someone you know has symptoms of postpartum depression, call your family physician or health care provider.</p>
