Windsor Essex County Breastfeeding Resources
Windsor-Essex County Health Unit
- Provides breastfeeding education, telephone support, and hands-on support from the prenatal period until weaning. All services are provided by Public Health Nurses.
- Breastfeeding Help Line - To access Helpline services call, 519-258-2146 ext. 1350 (Mon. – Fri. 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.).
- Breastfeeding Clinic by appointment only - 519-258-2146 ext. 1350.
- Prenatal Breastfeeding Classes - For dates and locations call: 519-258-2146 ext. 1340.
- Healthy Babies Healthy Children Home Visiting Program – To make a referral to program call: 519-258-2146 ext. 1350.
Leamington District Memorial Hospital Newborn Clinic

Victorian Order of Nurses (VON)
