Children in Need of Treatment Dental Clinic

Children can qualify from pre-school age, and can continue to qualify until the last day of Grade 8 or his/her 14th birthday, whichever is the latter.

The parent/guardian must sign a PNF (Parent Notification Form) to verify that the cost of treatment would create a financial hardship and that they are not in receipt of Dental Insurance. The program cannot be used in conjunction with any private Dental Insurance.

How to access dental assistance when needed?Children pre-school age to Grade 8 can attend clinics in Windsor, Leamington, and Essex for an assessment.

Clinics:Essex offers clinics Mondays and Tuesdays
Leamington offers clinics on Wednesdays and Thursdays
Windsor offers clinics on Monday - Friday.
Closed at lunch at all 3 locations.
