2006 Budget
The audit is in process and I am completing the Ministry settlement forms for review by the auditor. No concerns have been raised thus far by the auditor.
2007 Budget
Due to the audit, we have not been able to generate an April 2007 financial statement and the listing of cheques over $5,000 at the time of this writing. I will include it as a handout if completed by the Board meeting date.
Dr. Heimann and I presented the 2007 Budget to the City of Windsor on May 2nd and advised council of its funding contribution. No questions were asked of the delegation.
Other
IT staff attended an information session regarding Smart Systems for Health Agency and ONE Mail, a secure email solution that would allow us to exchange personal health information securely to the LHIN network. We are in the discovery process with SSHA to discuss our technical issues with this system. Applied Computer Solutions, our IT management company, is assisting us in this process.
